    The product and all packaging must remain complete and in good condition.

  2. Prepare your purchase invoice
    The invoice serves as proof of your transaction and is required for any return or complaint.

  3. Record a clear unboxing video

    • Before opening the product, record an unboxing video showing:

      • The initial condition of the product in its packaging

      • The process of opening the packaging

      • The condition of the product after unboxing

      • The location and description of the defect

      • Important: If no unboxing video is provided, your return or complaint request will be rejected.
